Funnywhale fulfills orders to most countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, New Zealand and Mexico.

Certain countries and regions, service not available or limited on ordering with restricted items.

**Items, including, in specific as face powder, foundation, liquid things, and those classified as aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground or sea shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive and more transportation loss risk; AND we have shrinked or are not open services to those countries and regions.

Please be well understood that the order you made to us would always be integrated by below phases.

1.PLACE AN ORDER
An order got placed at your side. And it will be processed in 1 business day.

2.PACK THE ORDER
Our warehouse collect and parcel the ordered items. lt normally takes 1 business day and we call itthe processing time which depends on the product status and generally inclusive the "Place An Order" Stage

3.SHIP THE ORDER

  • US orders:
    • Priority is given to shipping from our local US warehouse, which usually takes about 3-5 business days.
    • If items are out of stock in the US, they will be shipped directly from China, taking 8–12 business days.
  • Orders to other countries:
    • Items will be shipped directly from China, with an estimated delivery time of 8–15 business days.
  • Note: The above times are normal shipping references. Delays may occur due to force majeure factors (e.g., customs clearance issues, extreme weather, natural disasters).

4.DELIVER THE ORDER
Finally and lastly, the parcel delivered to you and be received at your side.
